Use the Data Export feature to build custom reports
The Data Export feature helps you build custom reports using SKU- or keyword-level data. Use this tool to extract key metrics, apply filters, and segment your data—all in a few clicks.
1. Select a data type
Choose how you want to analyze your data: SKUs (default option) or Keywords. Click the radio button to make your selection.
The SKU data type will give you access to sales, inventory, and advertising metrics
The keyword data will give you access to keyword level advertising performance
2. Choose your metrics (required)
Click + Add metrics and select the values you want to include in your report, such as sales, impressions, or conversion rate.
⚠️ You must select at least one metric to generate a report.
3. Add dimensions (optional)
Click + Add dimensions to break down your data by fields like brand, category, retailer, or device type. Use dimensions to get a more detailed view of performance.
4. Apply filters (optional)
Click + Add filters to narrow your results. Common filters include specific brands or SKUs, in-stock status, and sales or impression thresholds.
5. Set your date range
Use the date selector at the bottom of the screen to define your time frame. You can choose from preset ranges (like Last 7 Days), set custom start and end dates, optionally compare to a previous period, and decide whether to roll up data by day, week, or the full range.
6. Export your report
Once you’ve made all your selections, click Export as in the top right corner, choose your preferred format (typically CSV), and download the file once it’s ready.
Tips
You can save commonly used configurations as saved templates for quick access. Rename your report by clicking the pencil icon next to “Untitled Report.” Need more help? Contact Support or explore our additional guides.
