There are several different ways to view your sales performance in CommerceIQ. This article will show you a few different views:
Reports Builder: Customizable drill-down style reporting on important KPIs
Sales Recommendations: Exception based recommendations for catching period over period changes
Business Overview: High level trends with your business and top drivers analysis
SKU Deep Dive: Product level trends and event tracking
Build customizable drill-down reporting in Reports Builder
Within reports builder, you can easily create a drill-down style report that highlights the sales performance and health of your business.
Navigate to CommerceIQ -> Reports -> Advanced.
Select the "Sales&Ops Business Review" template.
This will generate a pre-configured report that measures the full health of your business using at the ecommerce equation (revenue = traffic x conversion x price).
Using your internal catalog, you can build custom drill downs to analyze your business the way that you want to.

Get email alerts for meaningful sales changes
CommerceIQ’s Sales Drop and Sales Increase recommendations help you quickly identify the most relevant sales shifts in your catalog over the trailing 7 days.
What They Do:
Sales Drop: Flags SKUs with a statistically significant decrease in sales in the past 7 days compared to the previous 7-day period
Sales Increase: Highlights SKUs with a notable spike in sales over the same timeframe
Both recommendations provide a reason code to help you triage the cause of the drop or increase.
Adding filters for "hero SKUs" or "Availability" can help you reduce some of the noise and focus on only the most important products.

These insights allow you to act quickly, whether that means investigating a potential issue (like out-of-stock or content change) or capitalizing on upward momentum.
Quickly review account health and top drivers in Business Overview
Business Overview is a strong and flexible reporting tool that gives you the ability to report performance at either the brand, category, or SKU level. It’s a great way for you to show and analyze performance across all major KPIs whether that is Sales, Marketing, or Operations. This report has several important features:
Unified Platform acting as your one source of truth
Quick snapshot of business across business KPIs (Sales, Marketing, Operations)
Year over year or period over period charting
Customizable filters specific to your industry
Ability to save views for repeatable reporting
Performance Overview lets you select multiple performance metrics across all major KPIs whether it’s sales, marketing, or supply chain.
Top Movers allows you to dive deeper into your performance to understand what are the top gainers and losers. Section has the flexibility to look at a major KPI at either the brand, category, SKU level.
Benchmarking is great for showing performance across items and KPIs to understand how they stack up against one another.
Conduct root cause analysis on individual SKUs with the SKU Deep Dive report
If you're looking to drill into a particular SKU, you can navigate to the SKU deep dive page by:
Clicking on the product title
Searching for the product using our global search tool
Navigating directly to the URL [companyname].commerceiq.ai/dp/[ASIN]
Within the SKU deep dive page, you can analyze the key metrics (sales, traffic, conversion, price, inventory, availability, LBB, etc.) to identify what is driving performance for a specific SKU.
Use this page to track different events such OOS, promotion, suppression, content/variation changes, best seller badges and more.
