Purpose of CommerceIQ
Our digital shelf optimization platform gives you visibility into how your product listings’ content, pricing, and ratings and reviews are behaving - and where you have product availability and don’t. Use the platform to understand how all of those are influencing your search placement and share of search outcomes across retailers, so your team can be proactive in making the necessary changes to maximize search performance, convert more customers, and maximize your bottom line online.
Why care about the health of your product listing content?
As an ecommerce seller, you could see a significant increase in sales with perfect product listing content. Well-optimized listings with compelling visuals, detailed descriptions, and relevant keywords can lead to higher conversion rates, improved search rankings, and ultimately, more sales. This could translate to a substantial boost in revenue, especially when combined with other strategies like effective advertising and strong fulfillment practices.
About CONTENT reports in general
On this page, get visibility into how your product listing content is displayed and whether what’s showing on listing pages across retailers matches your own company standards and ecommerce best practices.
Click the PRODUCT CONTENT menu header to show links for relevant reports.
Click through Product Basics, Product Compliance, and Advanced Content reports to see how your product listings are performing.
Each report has a set of best practices for a healthy product listing as columns, and then scores your brands (and the products in them if you expand) below.
Red results need your attention; Amber results may need your attention; Green results are performing well and don’t need your attention.
Sort any column in ascending order to uncover your brands or products within them that need your most urgent attention.
