About RATINGS AND REVIEWS reports

On this page, get visibility into your products’ ratings and reviews across retailers.

  1. Click the RATINGS AND REVIEWS menu header to expand and show links for relevant reports.

  2. Click through By Retailer, By Product, and Rating Trends reports to see status and activity for your products’ ratings and reviews across retailers.

    For each, use the date selector in the top-right to drive report results.

    For each, use filters across the top to limit data driving results.

 

About the By Retailer report

On the CommerceIQ menu, click to expand the RATINGS AND REVIEWS section, and then choose By Retailer to open this report. 

 

In filters, choose categories, manufacturers, brands, retailers, and sku groups to narrow results returned on the report. Apply the filter. 

 

Result: Brands are listed with rating counts and average ratings across all retailers where the brand is sold.

  • Expand any brand to see retailers where it’s sold and rating counts and average ratings for each.

  • Listed brands could be your own or your competitors’. Change the Manufacturers filter to isolate or include competitors’ brands.
