Data: Content Scorecard
The Content Scorecard helps you evaluate product detail pages against Amazon’s best practices. You can find it by navigating to:
CommerceIQ → Content Scorecard
What it measures
Each SKU is graded based on key content attributes:
Number of bullet points
Number of images
Title length
Description length
Number of reviews
Presence of A+ content
Presence of video
Star rating
How to use
Set your own thresholds for each attribute to define what "good" content looks like.
Filter to see only the SKUs that do not meet your criteria, allowing for faster triage and optimization.
Alerts: Content Change & Change in Variants
Stay on top of unexpected changes with Content Change and Change in Variants recommendations. These recommendations are updated daily and will show all products that where we observed a content or variation change respectively.
Available under:
CommerceIQ → Recommendations → Content Change & Change in Variants
Setup
Click the Subscribe button on each recommendation to receive email alerts
These alerts notify you when product content or variations are updated on Amazon, ensuring you're not caught off guard by unauthorized or incorrect edits
Automation: Content & Variation Authority
Automate your content health strategy using Content & Variation Authority.
What it does
Automatically detects incorrect content or variant relationships
Repairs errors by submitting the correct content or structure to Amazon
What you need
A source of truth (typically a spreadsheet or database) that defines the correct content and variation structure for your catalog
Once uploaded, CommerceIQ uses this source to validate and fix issues in real time
Once the automation has started, you should check the Automations & Impact dashboard to review tickets and respond to any cases that need your attention
